Job Summary

This role is ideal for an engaged IT professional ready to be the primary point of contact for customer IT issues, providing competent and friendly support. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing First and Second-Level Support, addressing customer IT problems, and executing structured service orders via a ticketing system. A core part of the job involves installing, maintaining, and repairing technical infrastructure, both remotely and on-site at customer locations. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration) or an equivalent qualification, coupled with experience in hardware/software support, handling operating systems, and proficiency in network technology and Microsoft standard applications. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT apprenticeship, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, or comparable qualification
