Job Summary

This role is based within an international team focused on pioneering advancements in RNA therapeutics, serving as a key scientific contributor responsible for the analytical testing and release of oligonucleotide-based active ingredients and medicinal products for clients. Day-to-day duties involve ensuring GMP and timely execution of all analyses, scientifically evaluating test results, including Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, deviations, and change processes. A critical part of the job is actively shaping and optimizing the Quality Management (QM) system. The ideal candidate holds at least a Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Organic Chemistry and possesses fundamental knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, LC/MS, and UV/VIS, ideally with experience in oligonucleotide or peptide analysis.
