Join Axolabs, a leading global CRO/CDMO specializing in RNA therapeutics, as a Senior QC Scientist. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to ensure the smooth, GMP-compliant execution of daily Quality Control operations. A core part of your responsibility involves providing technical leadership and support to the QC team, ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include independently conducting method validations and sample measurements, engaging directly with clients in project calls, and optimizing internal processes through interdepartmental coordination. You will also play a key role in supporting government and customer audits and preparing scientific presentations. This position is ideal for a solution-oriented professional with extensive experience in pharmaceutical analytics (HPLC, LC-MS, UV/Vis) and OOS procedures, offering an opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking science in a collaborative, international environment while helping establish a new site location.
