Job Summary

This role involves serving as a specialized technical expert in Building Services (TGA) within the Federal Cyber Security Agency (BSI), focusing on construction management principles and property development. The specialist will act as the primary representative of user interests throughout all planning and construction phases, ensuring continuous quality assurance and adherence to BSI requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating user needs, updating planning fundamentals, conducting site inspections, and advising the BSI on technical building equipment matters. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, or similar, coupled with proven experience in technical building services, preferably within public sector construction projects.
