Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as an Application Support Specialist involves acting as a key user for various departmental applications. You will be responsible for the technical support, configuration, and adaptation of specialized software, including managing user interfaces, workflows, and reporting functions. A core part of the role is requirements management, analyzing and formulating technical, legal, and organizational needs for applications, and overseeing the implementation of new features. You will also develop and manage access rights and roles, provide first-level support, and coordinate between departments, IT, and software vendors. The role includes project leadership for application-related initiatives, process and change management, and developing and delivering training materials to ensure effective use of the software. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong IT background and project management skills to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of critical business applications.

Required Skills

Education

University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, a university degree in administrative law or business administration.

Experience

  • Practical experience in project management (preferred)
  • Practical experience in process management (preferred)

Languages

German (Fluent)
