Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated IT Service Technician responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction across the greater Magdeburg and Saxony-Anhalt region. Day-to-day tasks involve traveling to customer sites to manage the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of both hardware and software systems. The technician will utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to master incident resolution, support colleagues, and handle escalation management efficiently. Key qualifications include a completed IT apprenticeship or training, professional experience in supporting various operating systems, hardware, and software, and ideally, experience in implementing IT projects. Success in this position requires fluent German and intermediate English skills, excellent communication abilities for maintaining customer relations, and a Class B driver's license for regional travel. The position offers continuous professional development through the Bechtle Academy and a secure, permanent contract.
