This role seeks a proactive Civil Engineer or Technical Facility Manager to join the Site Operations Facility Team in Ludwigshafen, focusing on highly specialized research laboratories, pilot plants, and office buildings. The core responsibility involves overseeing and managing contracted technical Facility Management services, coordinating external suppliers, and ensuring the seamless delivery of essential building services, including maintenance, inspections, and repairs. You will act as the primary specialist for all construction-related technical queries, manage budgets, review invoices and bids, and drive process optimization projects. Success requires ensuring strict adherence to the highest Pharma, safety, and hygiene standards, leveraging your expertise in project execution, and maintaining compliance with all relevant norms and regulations.
