Job Summary

This crucial role supports the digital future of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by providing stable, secure, and efficient IT services. As a Senior Service Technician, you will be the central on-site contact for users, primarily handling tool-supported acceptance, analysis, and resolution of incidents across PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments. Daily tasks include executing equipment relocations, ensuring strict adherence to defined response and resolution times, and providing vital Second-Level Support. You will also participate in IT infrastructure development projects, conduct DGUV V3 inspections, and maintain structured documentation of all activities. Key requirements include a completed qualification in IT System Electronics or IT Specialism, combined with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience. Comprehensive knowledge of ticketing systems, IT processes, and frameworks like ITIL and DGUV V3 is essential.
