IT Consultant (Monitoring & Observability) | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role centers on advising clients regarding the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of Monitoring and Observability solutions, primarily leveraging tools such as New Relic and Uptrends. The consultant will engage in close interaction with users to analyze specific monitoring requirements, translating these needs into tailored solution concepts, and implementing customizations like dashboards, reports, and alerts. A key focus is on ensuring best practices are understood and utilized by clients for system optimization and downtime reduction. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, extensive practical experience with observability platforms (New Relic, Uptrends, or Splunk), and a minimum of four years of client-facing professional experience. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic Agilist with excellent communication skills who can actively communicate the value of observability to stakeholders.
