Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support as a Service Technician for a major European IT service provider focusing on corporate and public sector IT workplaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include the on-site exchange of defective devices at customer locations within the Baden-Württemberg region, acting as the primary technical contact for on-site technical inquiries, and performing detailed hardware diagnosis and repair (including PCs, notebooks, mobile devices, and printers) in the workshop. The technician is also responsible for creating and maintaining service orders and maintenance reports. Key requirements include multi-year professional experience in the IT service sector, strong knowledge of standard manufacturer hardware, and the acquisition and maintenance of mandatory manufacturer certifications. This position offers long-term assignments, above-tariff compensation, and a high potential for permanent employment with the client.
