Job Summary

This is a key leadership position for a Team Coordinator specializing in Technical Drafting within the DB InfraGO AG, focusing on Signal, Telecommunications, and Electrical Engineering (STE) systems in Nuremberg. The coordinator will provide technical leadership to the drafting team, ensuring all planning documents adhere strictly to current regulations and high quality standards. Core responsibilities include managing team workload based on orders and employee capacity, tracking performance, executing continuous improvement processes, and creating planning documentation across various HOAI phases for STE projects. The role also involves managing the plan circulation process, including the procurement and return of existing documents, and processing switch diagrams related to STE concerns. The ideal candidate must possess an advanced professional qualification, such as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering, coupled with deep experience using CAD software, preferably AutoCAD. Experience in railway-specific systems like Signaling/Safety Technology or Railway Power Supply is highly beneficial.
