Job Summary

This role involves entering a comprehensive, approximately 7-month qualification program to become a Permanent Way Planner (Oberbau Fachplaner) for DB InfraGO AG, focusing on railway infrastructure maintenance in locations like Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Duisburg. You will undergo theoretical training and gain immediate practical experience in operational phases. Upon successful completion, you will independently manage the technical and operational planning of permanent way maintenance measures (rails, sleepers, ballast) in compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include planning personnel, materials, machinery, safety services, and timelines, handling operational registration, obtaining necessary permits, coordinating internal and external service providers, and managing invoice verification. The ideal candidate holds an IHK Master Technician/Technician degree, preferably in civil engineering, logistics, or transport, and demonstrates strong organizational skills, negotiation abilities, high stress resistance, and proficiency in MS Office.
