The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering (e.g., Structural Engineering or Transportation Route Construction) and has successfully completed the Railway Construction Supervisor functional training, bringing several years of experience in railway infrastructure projects. This position requires strong communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to find effective solutions even during high-pressure phases, while managing stakeholders like clients and project leaders to ensure timely completion of construction measures and minimize supplementary claims.
