Job Summary

This role involves acting as a (Senior) Construction Supervisor, overseeing and reporting on the progress of critical rail construction projects, specifically focusing on electrical engineering, overhead lines, and 50 Hz railway systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal and corporate safety standards (occupational, health, environmental, and accident prevention), coordinating all construction activities between the building and operational teams, and meticulously documenting project realization through construction logs. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring timely completion, cost control, and quality assurance for both internal and external services, managing deviations, and initiating necessary technical approvals and commissioning of functional systems. Ideal candidates possess a degree in relevant engineering fields, mandatory certification as a Railway Construction Supervisor, and proven professional experience in infrastructure project realization, coupled with strong communication skills and the ability to make decisive choices in challenging environments. The position requires frequent regional travel between the office and construction sites.
