Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the quality and compliance of manufactured and repaired railway control and safety (LST) components within the Deutsche Bahn infrastructure division. The engineer will be responsible for developing and creating detailed manufacturing, repair, and testing specifications, and implementing these testing parameters into software, including the development of supporting test circuits. A key part of the job is reviewing all production and testing documentation for conformity with manufacturer specifications, internal guidelines, and regulatory standards. Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics) or possess an equivalent qualification as a certified technician with relevant professional experience. Strong knowledge of electronic components, analog/digital circuits, and experience with industrial programming languages (C, C#, Java, or similar) are essential. The position requires a structured, results-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively, contributing to the development and construction of new test stands.
