Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Technician to join the Operations and Traffic division of Germany's largest infrastructure operator, Autobahn GmbH. The specialist will be crucial in ensuring safe and smooth mobility by managing the entire lifecycle of electrical installations across federal highways. Daily tasks involve the planning, design, and construction preparation for complex systems, including traffic control infrastructure, tunnel systems, lighting, pumping stations, and transformer stations. The technician will also oversee construction, manage contracts (engineering, construction, and maintenance), coordinate fault clearance, and conduct system commissioning and acceptance testing. Candidates must hold a State-certified Electrical Technician qualification or equivalent, possess initial professional experience in electrical systems, and demonstrate proficiency in German and MS Office.
