The core mission involves optimizing melting, scrap management, and casting processes to maintain product quality while significantly increasing the use of recycled content. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating across different production facilities, analyzing casthouse data to propose optimized schedules, and actively supporting the integration of scrap through process adjustments and metal cleanliness improvements. The expert will define and execute pilot and industrial scale trials, contributing to recycling-friendly alloy development initiatives. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Material Science or Metallurgy, foundational experience in the aluminum sector, strong project management, and excellent coordination skills.
