Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on managing and optimizing device administration (AGW) within the utility sector, specifically handling complex processes like meter changes, new installations, decommissioning, and tariffication for complex RLM structures. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring systems with converter measurement, resolving bilateral issues with metering point and network operators, and managing critical customer switching processes across electricity, gas, water, and heating sectors. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing system errors, driving necessary process adjustments, and ensuring efficient data flow, master data management, and error handling within the clearing process. Success requires strong analytical skills, expertise in energy market communication (MaKo), and proficiency in SAP IS-U and IDEX modules to generate essential reports and evaluations. This is a crucial position supporting the digital and sustainable infrastructure of a major regional utility group.

Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial or technical training in the energy sector. Further training as an Energy Specialist/Economist is desirable.
