Job Summary

This role involves critical infrastructure planning and execution for operational fiber optic (LWL) and copper communication networks within the TraveNetz GmbH, part of the Stadtwerke Lübeck Group. The specialist will handle the fundamental planning of high-speed networks, actively contributing to new construction, expansion, and conversion projects as a planner, project manager, and implementer. Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing construction and maintenance measures, overseeing external service providers, and ensuring the reliable operation and documentation of passive network system technology. Candidates should possess an electro-technical background (Technician or Master Craftsman level) with expertise in information/telecommunications technology, focusing on network planning, construction, and fault resolution for both fiber optic and copper cable systems. Success requires strong team spirit, problem-solving skills, and the ability to participate in an on-call duty roster.
