Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support for a leading European IT service provider, assisting their end customer, Infosys. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incidents and service requests according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including participation in on-call duty. Day-to-day tasks include advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and installation of end devices such as PCs, notebooks, and printers. You will also support users with mobile devices and diagnose network issues, providing support for network components. The position requires a completed IT qualification, practical experience in user support and troubleshooting, and solid knowledge of standard hardware and common MS Office applications.
