Job Summary
This role involves driving digital innovation and transformation within the municipal administration of Offenbach. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects, including execution and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing existing business processes, identifying optimization potential, and designing, developing, testing, and implementing scalable process automations using RPA/AI solutions. You will also support leadership in evaluating and integrating new AI and innovation technologies into existing administrative applications. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with RPA platforms (like UiPath or n8n), knowledge of database systems (MS-SQL, MySQL), and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with specialized departments and management.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (FH Diploma/Bachelor) in IT, Business/Administrative Informatics, Data Science/Business Analytics, Digital Management, or a comparable field; OR completed vocational training (e.g., Digitalization Management Merchant, IT System Management Merchant, IT Specialist) combined with verifiable multi-year relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT, Data Science, or Digital Management if holding a relevant vocational qualification
- Experience with common RPA software platforms (EMMA, UiPath, n8n)
- Experience with GenAI (Generative AI) technologies
- Experience in project and process management
