Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Electrical Engineering, you will play a crucial role in advancing the energy transition by leading a specialized team and providing profound technical expertise across complex power and heat generation projects. Your daily responsibilities will involve the dimensioning, conceptualization, and detailed design of electrical systems, including low and medium-voltage switchgear and converters. You will ensure strict adherence to technical norms and regulations (DIN, VDE, IEC) throughout all project phases. Furthermore, you will coordinate team project work, focusing on quality, timelines, and budget, while proactively managing technical changes and contract amendments. This role requires a completed university degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering, long-term practical experience in planning electrical power systems, and proven leadership capabilities.
