Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated VoIP System Engineer ready to join netgo group, one of Germany's largest IT service providers. The core focus involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and maintaining their Cloud telephony and general IT systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and configuration of complex IT systems, executing large-scale rollouts, migrations, and IT moves, often taking on partial project leadership. A key component of the role is comprehensive fault analysis, troubleshooting, and resolving Incidents, Service Requests, and Change Requests. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification, fundamental knowledge of hardware, software, and networking, and specific interest or initial experience with Cloud telephony solutions (VoIP, Swyx, enreach Contact).
