Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional passionate about customer service and technical problem-solving, joining the netgo group, one of Germany's largest IT service providers. As an IT Support Specialist focusing on 2nd and 3rd Level Support, you will be the primary contact for customers, managing disruptions, requirements, and inquiries related to hardware and software systems. Daily tasks include qualifying requests, logging tickets, executing ad-hoc solutions, implementing workarounds, and maintaining the knowledge database. You will also be responsible for the installation and configuration of IT systems, comprehensive troubleshooting and fault analysis, performing necessary maintenance, and ensuring technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Success requires a completed IT qualification, foundational knowledge in hardware, software, and networking, and proven practical experience in an IT environment.
