Job Summary
This role is ideal for an IT professional passionate about process automation and Document Management Systems (DMS). The specialist will primarily focus on providing 1st Level Customer Support via hotline and ticketing systems, ensuring clear and friendly communication while documenting and managing customer inquiries independently. Key daily tasks include regular updates and maintenance of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems, product-spanning support, error analysis, and troubleshooting. The role also involves co-responsibility for maintaining data center infrastructure and monitoring tools. Candidates should possess experience in ECM/DMS, strong communication skills, a structured, customer-oriented approach, and a hands-on mentality.
