Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Service Technician specializing in Facility Management to ensure the seamless operation and safety of electrical systems across multiple properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing essential DGUV V3 safety inspections on mobile equipment, rapidly diagnosing and resolving electrical faults, and conducting proactive inspection, maintenance, and care of central switching and control cabinets. The specialist will also coordinate and supervise external contractors and maintain meticulous digital documentation of all activities and measurements. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, coupled with initial professional experience in technical facility management or multi-site maintenance.
