Job Summary

This role requires an experienced Electrical Service Technician to ensure the seamless operation of electrical systems across multiple properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently conducting crucial DGUV V3 safety inspections on mobile and variable systems, performing rapid fault analysis and troubleshooting, and maintaining central switch and control cabinets. The specialist will also conduct regular site inspections, measurements, and coordinate external service providers. Key requirements include completed vocational training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician (Energy and Building Technology), initial experience in technical facility management, and a mandatory Class B driver's license.
