Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Electrical Service Technician to ensure the smooth, safe, and continuous operation of various properties, focusing heavily on electrical systems and facility maintenance. Key responsibilities include independently performing mandatory DGUV V3 safety inspections on mobile and variable equipment, conducting rapid fault analysis and troubleshooting, and executing routine inspection, maintenance, and care of central switch and control cabinets. The specialist will also conduct regular site inspections, manage technical documentation digitally, and coordinate external service providers. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background as an Electrician or Electronics Technician, ideally with initial experience in technical facility management. Excellent German language skills and a valid Class B driving license are essential for managing multiple sites and communicating effectively with clients and partners.
