Job Summary

This role is with a renowned special machinery manufacturer, focusing on providing technical service for international customers, specifically regarding pharmaceutical freeze-drying systems. The After Sales Project Engineer will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating customer-specific service inquiries, ensuring timely and professional technical service delivery, including accurate scheduling and cost estimation. A core part of the job involves acting as a proactive interface between technical departments (covering Mechanics, Electrics, and Automation) and Service Account Management. You will manage development and customer projects, provide technical support, and facilitate knowledge transfer for sustainable developments, particularly concerning the re-use of modifications. Candidates must hold a university degree or advanced technical qualification in Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or Electrical Engineering, coupled with a customer and cost-oriented approach and fluency in both German and English.
