Job Summary

This role requires an experienced engineer, technician, or master to take responsibility for managing and optimizing the technical infrastructure of properties in Worms. Day-to-day activities involve the planning, coordination, and control of complex technical projects, including electrical systems, climate control, fire protection, and security technology. A core focus is the analysis and optimization of existing facilities to improve energy efficiency, maintenance schedules, and overall sustainability. You will act as the central point of contact, coordinating closely with external service providers and internal partners to ensure seamless technical operations. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Automation, or equivalent technical certification, coupled with 3–6 years of relevant project experience in building technology.
