Job Summary

This role involves managing and operating mobile device infrastructure (MDM) and providing specialized 2nd-level support within the Federal Government's Press and Information Office (BPA) in Berlin. The Client Manager will be responsible for configuring mobile endpoints, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and SINA secure devices, and administering the MDM enterprise solution, including server and database maintenance. Key tasks include application support (e.g., Microsoft Office), conducting error analysis and resolution, contributing to security concepts, and managing external service providers. Candidates must possess a relevant university degree, strong proficiency in iOS, macOS, and Windows clients, and proven experience in the specified technical areas. Required Skills

Education

Completed relevant university degree (Diploma-FH/Bachelor), preferably in Computer Science or a comparable IT-related field with a good grade

Experience

  • Professional experience in one of the specified technical areas (MDM, iOS, macOS, SINA)
  • Experience in applying Microsoft Group Policies (desirable)
  • Experience with relevant MDM policies on iOS (desirable)
  • Experience in handling a ticketing system (desirable)
  • Foundational knowledge of procurement and contracting (desirable)
