This role is for an Advanced Maintenance Engineer specializing in Epitaxy and Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) equipment, crucial for maintaining high production availability at Bosch's cutting-edge 300 mm semiconductor facility in Dresden. The engineer operates within a 24/7 continuous shift system (6 working days followed by 4 days off). Daily responsibilities include executing planned and unplanned maintenance, ensuring strict adherence to comprehensive safety regulations, and conducting proactive, independent troubleshooting of complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults. The position requires using advanced analytical methods like SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FDC (Fault Detection and Classification) to diagnose equipment issues. Successful candidates will possess a technical vocational background in electrical engineering or mechatronics, combined with several years of practical maintenance experience, ideally within the semiconductor industry. Required Skills

  • Experience in the semiconductor industry (manufacturing or supplier) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of production and maintenance of technical systems and equipment (preferably semiconductor industry equipment).
