Job Summary

This Process Technician role involves the critical day-to-day operation and maintenance of equipment within a high-tech semiconductor fabrication plant. The successful candidate will independently operate manufacturing systems, create and adjust process recipes in coordination with Process Engineers, and actively support experimentation. A core responsibility is conducting qualifications using rigorous Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) methods, alongside meticulous documentation of process problems and equipment issues. Furthermore, the role involves continuously monitoring 'Hold' material and processing it according to Out-of-Control Action Plan (OCAP) procedures. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in a technical field such as Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, coupled with initial professional experience, ideally within semiconductor manufacturing. Success requires a reliable, independent working style, strong team collaboration skills, and the mandatory willingness to work in a continuous 24/7 shift model (6 working days followed by 4 days off).
