Job Summary

This role as a Maintenance Technician in Semiconductor Manufacturing at Bosch Dresden involves ensuring seamless production by participating in the installation and commissioning of state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing regular controls and extensive maintenance tasks, meticulously documenting all work, and proactively identifying and resolving potential production errors using provided methodologies. The successful candidate must possess a completed technical apprenticeship in fields like Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Microtechnology, coupled with initial professional experience in maintaining complex industrial systems. Ideal candidates will also have foundational knowledge of quality methods such as 5S, SPC, and FDC. This position requires a high degree of self-reliance, reliability, and a cooperative mindset, with the mandatory willingness to work in a full 24/7 continuous shift model (6 days on, 4 days off).
