Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position in Munich seeks a dedicated Technician to manage the end-to-end customer claims and repair process. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and processing customer complaints, conducting thorough technical assessments for necessary repairs, generating accurate cost estimates, and ensuring transparent communication with customers regarding repair status. The role also involves managing the logistics of sending out repaired devices and spare parts efficiently. Ideal candidates must possess a successfully completed qualification as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems or equivalent, demonstrate proficiency with MS Office and technical systems, and exhibit a strong service-oriented mindset. Success in this dynamic team requires excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, coupled with strong teamwork and open communication abilities. This role offers an attractive income based on the IGZ collective agreement, including holiday and Christmas bonuses, with potential for permanent takeover by the client.
