Job Summary

This full-time Technician role, based in Munich, involves providing crucial technical support and customer service within a dynamic environment. The core responsibilities focus on managing the entire repair process, from swiftly addressing customer complaints and logging technical assessments to communicating repair status transparently and preparing accurate cost estimates. You will also be responsible for the logistical coordination of shipping repaired devices and spare parts, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines. To succeed, you must possess completed training as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems or a comparable qualification, coupled with proficiency in MS Office and technical systems. A strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both German and English are essential for ensuring a customer-centric approach and effective teamwork.
