Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join a highly automated, modern dairy facility in Mechernich, which produces high-quality processed foods for global distribution. The core responsibilities involve conducting instrumental measurements, performing detailed chemical-physical and microbiological examinations, and meticulously recording and evaluating results, including error analysis. You will also be responsible for preparing and managing hygiene controls and organizing sample provision. The ideal candidate possesses formal training as a Dairy Laboratory Technician or equivalent qualification, coupled with practical experience in an industrial setting.
