Job Summary

This Quality Control Specialist role, based in Hilden (near Düsseldorf), is initially offered as a 2-year fixed-term contract focusing on integrating new assays and technologies into the QC workflow. The specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and revising critical testing documentation, such as SOPs and test plans. A major component of the role involves applying and optimizing QC methods compliant with ISO 13485 and GMP standards for analyzing raw, intermediate, and finished products. Day-to-day tasks include assessing deviations, organizing troubleshooting activities, and actively contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives. The position requires strong collaboration with international and interdisciplinary teams, including R&D, QA, and Production. Candidates must possess a scientific background and ideally bring experience from GMP/GLP diagnostic laboratories, demonstrating strong analytical and organizational skills.
