Job Summary

This role as a Production Planner involves managing the manufacturing workflow for an international company specializing in personal care and cosmetic products. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating, administering, and monitoring detailed production schedules and manufacturing orders. The Planner is crucial in coordinating the execution of production assignments, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and production data, and driving continuous process optimization efforts. Candidates must possess a technical background, such as a Machine and Plant Operator, coupled with several years of hands-on experience in production planning and robust knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP). This permanent, full-time position requires working in a three-shift system (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00) and demands fluent German language skills, offering a stable career opportunity with an established industry partner.
