Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level IT Support within one of Europe's leading IT service companies, catering to major clients including Dax corporations. The specialist will be responsible for managing electronic support tickets, ensuring rapid resolution of hardware and software malfunctions, and maintaining end-user workstations. Daily tasks include the delivery, setup, cabling, and configuration of PCs, laptops, and tablets, along with installing software according to defined scripts and instructions. Key qualifications include completed vocational training in IT System Integration or equivalent, profound experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365, and strong knowledge of standard hardware and the Google Suite.
