Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced IT Service Technician looking for a stable, full-time position providing critical 1st Level Support. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, and ensuring smooth operation of client infrastructure. A core part of the job involves Windows 10 administration, including Active Directory User Management and comprehensive printer management, with all actions meticulously documented in the ticket tool. Candidates must possess initial professional experience as an IT Service Technician Agent and strong knowledge of various client hardware types (notebooks, desktops, hybrids, printers).
