Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level technical assistance, managing customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems. The successful candidate will be involved in the administration, monitoring, and support of diverse IT technologies, including Windows Clients, Windows Server, Linux Systems, Storage, Network, and Firewall infrastructure. A key component of the role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, particularly within the Microsoft environment, including MS Office 365 systems. The position requires a structured, independent work style and strong documentation skills.
