Job Summary

This leadership role involves directing a specialized team of electrical engineers focused on developing strategies and advanced electrical models for next-generation electrolyzer and converter systems within the industrial decarbonization sector. The Head of HS Electrical Network and Simulation will oversee the creation and validation of complex electrical models, ensuring technical accuracy, grid code compliance, and optimizing the Electrical Balance of Plant (EBoP) for enhanced reliability and cost-effectiveness. A successful candidate will possess a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering with significant leadership experience, deep expertise in power electronics, grid simulation, and electrolysis applications.
