Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT service and support, focusing heavily on the administration and maintenance of the specialized Open Prozoz application and standard Office applications. The specialist will be responsible for end-user support, troubleshooting issues, conducting detailed error analysis, and coordinating fixes with central IT and external software vendors. A key part of the job involves working closely with users to develop requirements for program maintenance and new feature development, driven by legal changes or process improvements. You will also be tasked with planning and executing software updates, generating data exports for statistics and reports, and optimizing existing workflows. Candidates must possess a strong technical understanding, excellent conflict resolution skills, and the ability to take ownership of tasks. This position offers a secure, permanent contract with flexible working hours, including options for part-time work and home office.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor or FH-Diploma) with a standard study period of at least 6 semesters, or successful completion of the career examination/qualification for the first entry level of career group two (General Services), or completed Angestelltenlehrgang II (Advanced Employee Training II).
Experience
- Professional experience in administering and supporting specialized IT systems (Open Prozoz mentioned)
- Experience in error analysis and resolution, coordinating with internal and external IT partners
- Experience in developing concepts for the further development of specialized EDP procedures
- Professional experience in optimizing work processes and developing new work techniques
