Job Summary

This role involves coordinating translational research projects within a leading interdisciplinary cancer center (G-CCC/CCC-N), one of Germany's top oncology centers. The coordinator will manage the full lifecycle of scientific projects, including project controlling, budget oversight, timeline monitoring, and quality assurance documentation. Key daily tasks include organizing and executing scientific events like symposia, workshops, and congresses, and acting as a crucial interface between scientists, clinicians, patient representatives, and external partners. The ideal candidate must possess a scientific university degree (preferably in a natural science field) and demonstrated experience in project coordination, grant application support, and developing scientific networks. Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and high proficiency in both written and spoken German and English are essential for success in this highly collaborative and impactful environment.
