Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of a diverse system landscape, primarily focusing on 1st and 2nd level support activities. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for processing tickets, resolving technical disruptions, and adhering strictly to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person service desks, maintaining accurate asset data, and actively contributing to ongoing IT projects. A successful candidate will possess strong foundational knowledge of Windows and Office environments, standard hardware, and excellent communication skills.
