Job Summary

This role requires a strategic Calibration Expert to manage and coordinate calibration technology across the company's Global Factory Network (GFN). You will serve as the primary expert in Test Engineering, driving technological change management, process digitalization, and the introduction of new methods across various plants. Key responsibilities include observing market trends, developing local technology roadmaps—including selecting machinery and conducting proof of concepts—and ensuring high manufacturing quality through data-driven measures, such as Artificial Intelligence applications. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining close cooperation with certification bodies like PTB and FORCE to ensure all calibration processes meet stringent international standards, striving for technological and economic competitive advantages through compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a relevant engineering or science field and possesses extensive expertise in calibration, particularly flow and pressure measurement, coupled with experience in non-disciplinary leadership.
