This role is centered on the financial and administrative management of the externally funded 'Learning in the Makerspace (LiMa)' project at Hochschule Düsseldorf. The Project Finance Officer will ensure the financial framework is sound and project goals are met by taking responsibility for third-party funding management. Key daily tasks include rigorous financial project controlling, ensuring strict adherence to funding guidelines, and providing expert financial advice to project leadership and participants. The officer will reliably prepare financial interim and final statements, manage budget requirements, statistics, and necessary documentation. The position requires a completed commercial vocational qualification or a university degree in Economics or Administrative Sciences, coupled with professional experience in finance, ideally within a public institution or university setting. This is a temporary position offering job security in the public sector and high flexibility, including up to 60% mobile work.
