Job Summary
This role involves supporting the German Navy's IT operations, specifically focusing on the SAP/SASPF business software. The successful candidate will independently process transactions within the SASPF Marine user organization, providing operational and procedural support. Key responsibilities include administering and documenting SAP business software support, managing user accounts, roles, and authorization concepts for the Marine Command, and contributing to data quality management. The position also entails managing administrative group matters and handling IT-supported measures. This is a full-time, permanent position with the Bundeswehr, offering flexible working hours, including home office options, and opportunities for professional development and health programs.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an administrative assistant or comparable commercial vocational training
Experience
- Professional experience in office or administrative activities, demonstrated by at least two years of continuous professional activity
- Knowledge and experience in office or administrative activities
- Knowledge in data processing, database systems, role assignment, and authorization assignments (desired)
- Knowledge in SAP/SASPF application (preferred: logistical processes and organizational structures) (desired)
- Qualification in SAP/SASPF from areas such as material management, maintenance-production, technical logistics management, or material management measures (desired)

- Willingness to undertake multi-day business trips; Participation in regular and advanced training is required; Commitment to the liberal democratic basic order; Agreement to participate in an extended security clearance (Ü2 SAB); Successful security clearance is mandatory for the position.
