Job Summary

The Scientific Coordinator will be responsible for the academic and administrative oversight, strategic development, and content management of the polymer science section within the AGRIPOLY II Graduate School. Day-to-day tasks involve designing curricula, managing public relations, developing gender equality concepts, and ensuring work-life balance measures are implemented. The role requires independent research, data curation, report generation, and the organization of scientific events, workshops, and meetings. A key function is advising doctoral candidates on their progress, career planning, and scientific development, while also maintaining communication with the leadership team and external partners. Candidates must possess a university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Chemistry or a related field, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and proficiency in Office programs. Experience in event planning and website maintenance (e.g., WordPress) is desirable, making this a pivotal role in academic program management.
